Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Securely place the scooter and all original accessories, manuals, and chargers back into the original factory packaging to prevent transit damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for inspection.

  Inspection and Refund
